Two Thousand & Ten
This year has been an all time high, and an all time low.
I won't bore you with details. Thanks to everyone who purchased
a zine or dropped me a line. I've seen so many amazing films
this year I decided to hit you up with my top ten:
1. A Prophet
2. Mesrine Parts 1 & 2
3. Enter The Void
4. Down By Law
5. Shutter Island
6. Wings Of Desire
7. Fitzcarraldo
8. Goodbye Lenin
9. American Boy
10. The Killer Inside Me
Of course, there are so many more I've missed out. I've recently
managed to watch the entire Twin Peaks collection, which I might
add, was bliss. Looking forward to getting the next zine finished
and starting new projects. I leave you with a song from my
favourite album this year....

Winter Wonderland
After waking up in a giant snow globe, I managed
to make it to the gallery for the Christmas Fair. As well
as manning my stall, I was on record spinning duties.
It was hip to the word hop. Cake was consumed and
Martha and her Vandellas rang out. Kate kindly gave me
this beautiful little sketch pad too. Time for coffee
and the only song worthy right now...

Decemberhead
Had one of the most pointless and longest commutes
home yesterday. Just found this in my jacket pocket.

HERZOG
''Herzog is a miserable, hateful, malevolent, avaricious,
money-hungry, nasty, sadistic, treacherous, cowardly creep.
He should be thrown alive to the crocodiles! An anaconda
should strangle him slowly! A poisonous spider should sting
him and paralyze his lungs! The most venomous serpent
should bite him and make his brain explode! No, panther
claws should rip open his throat, that would be much too
good for him! Huge red ants should piss into his lying eyes
and gobble up his balls and his guts! He should catch the
plague! Syphilis! Yellow fever! Leprosy! It's no use; the more
I wish him the most gruesome deaths, the more he haunts me.''

EIN FILM VON WIM WENDERS
Finally watched Wings Of Desire. It doesn't get much
better than that. It's been two days and it's still haunting me.
Wim Wenders run for the hills because I'm coming to take
everything you've got.

Talkin' Saturday Mornin' Gallery Blues
After selling my soul to Martin Scorsese, I paid
tribute to two of the finest blues-men known to man,
Son House & Robert Johnson. A milk & cookie
break soon ensued.

Right Around The Corner
Whilst on my travels today, I happened to pass by
this eerie looking farm house near where I live.
I've always wondered if it's occupied by anyone, as it
looks pretty disheveled. It looked particularly creepy
today, Chainsaw Massacre-esque. Maybe because
I watched The Orphanage last night.

Fresh Crop
Jim Jarmsuch successfully knocked me off my
feet last night with Ghost Dog. I wasn't sure what
to expect, but Jarmusch never lets me down. It
was like Tarantino directing Leon, with The RZA
conducting the orchestra.
