Another day in the gallery, with Werner Herzog for company. I'm sure he'd be great to hang with, listening to stories about plotting to kill Klaus Kinski and eating his own shoe.
Rooting through my New York shots, this is one of my proudest moments. I can't wait to go back. Until then I'll just close my eyes and listen to this....
Back in the gallery today. After being struck down by the brilliance of Fitzcarraldo, I paid tribute to the man himself. Also had the best coffee I've had all week, accompanied by the great caffeine connoisseur.
Thanks to Emma Kelly who kindly invited me to sell my zines at The Big Draw event in Warrington at the weekend. Also, thanks to Kate Bufton, who helped me set up and managed to apprehend some chairs for our sheer laziness.
More Films Than Bones is now available fromFACT, Wood Street, Liverpool. They will also be available from my very own stall at the Big Draw event taking place in Warrington this weekend. Come on down...
Finally watchedDown By Law, and as a result I've been listening to Rain Dogs non stop. As a consequence of that I have attempted to illustrate Tom Waits circa. 1986.
So I went to see ENTER THE VOID. Gaspar Noé is untouchable. Before I was hypnotized by the strobe lights of Tokyo, I paid a visit to my regular dvd haunt.
